Potential Genesis
Unlocking human potential through neuroscience and serious play
Who We Are
Potential Genesis is a human-potential company that designs learning and coaching anchored in neuroscience and serious play. We are practitioners first — designers second. Our teams combine executive coaches, behavioural designers, and practitioner-facilitators who don’t hide behind slides. We partner with global and Global-South organisations to convert learning investments into measurable behaviour change.
Our 4D Approach
Diagnose
We surface the capability gaps that matter — not the symptoms. Diagnosis includes stakeholder interviews, performance metrics and readiness audits to pinpoint what will move the needle.
Design
We craft the learning architecture — experiential playshops, micro-practices, coaching touchpoints and measurement dashboards. Design is always contextual, culturally attuned and aligned to the business outcome.
Develop
We create the assets and rehearse the roll-out: facilitator training, Power Play kits, coaching guides and leader practice plans. Development focuses on transfer into the real role.
Deliver
We run pilots, scale cohorts and embed sustainment mechanisms (peer practice groups, performance nudges and measurement). Delivery is outcome-driven and accountability-led.
Our Delivery Values
Flexible
Design that fits, not forces. We adapt to your rhythm and realities. Whether you need an executive sprint before a board meeting, a blended leadership pathway across countries, or a micro-practice for front-line managers — we shape timing, format, and scope so the program integrates with work, not interrupts it. Flexibility also means cultural adaptation: we design for diverse Global-South contexts, local nuances, and language preferences.
Renowned
Practitioner credibility, not glossy claims. We bring senior facilitators, experienced executive coaches, and evidence-based methods. Our credibility comes from doing — running live playshops, coaching executives through real challenges, and delivering measurable outcomes. We show metrics, not just testimonials.
Empowering
Building agency and capability. We transfer capability to in-house leaders and L&D teams through co-facilitation and train-the-trainer approaches that are practical (not theoretical). Our aim is that organisations gain internal momentum to run continued practice cycles long after our engagement.
Sustenance
Learning that survives the pilot. Change without sustainment fades. We create reinforcement loops — peer practice groups, leader scorecards, micro-nudges, and quarterly pulse checks — so new behaviours become habits and not just memories of a workshop.
Holistic
Human systems, not training modules. We design for the full human system: identity, motivation, relationships, and routines. Holistic means aligning performance systems, leader rituals, and organisational signals so the new behaviour is supported across context and culture.
