Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on www.potentialgenesis.com (“Website”), including micro-learning modules, assessments, digital resources, and any other paid programs or services offered by Potential Genesis (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

We encourage all users to review course descriptions, assessment details, and FAQs carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

All purchases made on the Website are considered final and non-refundable, except in situations explicitly mentioned in this Policy. This is because:

  • Micro-learning modules and assessments are delivered digitally and provide immediate access upon purchase.
  • Digital products cannot be returned once accessed, downloaded, or viewed.

However, we do understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and therefore we offer limited refund options outlined below.

2. Refunds for Digital Products (Micro-Learning Modules, Assessments, E-Learning)

Refunds are not automatically granted for any of the following digital offerings:

  • Micro-learning courses
  • Leadership or coaching modules
  • Digital assessments
  • Reflection tools
  • Workbooks, templates, or downloadable content

Exceptions (eligible for consideration):

A refund may be considered only if all the conditions below are met:

  1. You were unable to access the digital product due to a technical issue on our side;
  2. You notify us within 48 hours of purchase; and
  3. Our support team confirms that the issue was not caused by:
    • Your internet connection
    • Device incompatibility
    • Browser restrictions
    • Incorrect login details

If access has already been logged or the content has been consumed (viewed, downloaded, opened), the refund cannot be processed.

3. Refunds for Live or Instructor-Led Programs (If Applicable)

If Potential Genesis offers live programs, workshops, webinars, or cohort-based learning in the future, the following applies:

1. Cancellation by the User

  • Cancellation requests received 7 days or more before the program start date: eligible for a refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • Cancellation requests received within 7 days of the program start date: no refund.

2. Cancellation by Potential Genesis

  • If the Company cancels or reschedules a program, users will receive either:
    • A full refund, or
    • A seat in the next cohort / rescheduled batch.

4. Subscription Services (If Introduced)

If at any point Potential Genesis introduces subscription-based plans:

  • Subscriptions will renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • Users can cancel subscriptions at any time, but partial-period refunds will not be issued.
  • Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.

5. Duplicate Payments

If a user is charged twice due to a payment gateway error:

  • 10–15 business days for international transactions (depending on banks and payment gateways)

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment only.

8. No Refunds Under the Following Circumstances

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Incorrect purchase
  • Not using or completing the course/assessment
  • Device or browser incompatibility
  • Internet issues on the user’s side
  • Expired or unused access
